I don't own it, but the other day I checked it out with my noble and (most) learned friend from junior and senior high schools at Challenger. We played the table tennis game and wound up with hand injuries (both of us).
Meaning, it was pretty awesome. Sometimes it cannot quite catch our hand movements if overly rapid, but it works pretty well. We also watched a promoter play a dancing game - that was apparently the most highly-rated game for Kinect and it seemed pretty damned hard.

We bought the kinect on Sunday. It is really cool. Tougher than the wii. Great workout.
