Yo, any of you here are foreign students who call back to home regularly?
I am new in Singapore, still trying to find the best and reliable way to make cheap (or god forbid FREE) calls back to home (Vietnam) where I am from?

It can't get cheaper than Skype or MSN video call because internet connection in school is free and fast!

actually you can check with starhub, there's this service that supposedly taps on internet services and gives you a Singaporean 8-digit number to call to another nation at local rates.
heard it from a friend in australia!

I use it to call Australia from the UK
and as far as I know they provide calls all around the globe so I think it should do the trick for you.
